Dr. Adedaji Adedji,
Board Chair
An international development and fundraising leader with two decades of experience advancing programme growth, partnerships, resource mobilisation and institutional development across Africa and beyond. His experience includes leadership roles with ActionAid Nigeria, the National Democratic Institute, JONAPWD, CBM Global Disability Inclusion and the International Budget Partnership.
Ene Obi
Board Member
A development practitioner and social justice advocate with more than 30 years of experience across civil society, humanitarian and development work. She previously served as Country Director of ActionAid Nigeria and Convener of the Nigerian Civil Society Situation Room, with extensive experience in governance, women’s rights, gender, democracy and political empowerment.
Emonye Adekwu

Board Member
A distinguished legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria with more than two decades of experience spanning arbitration, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, corporate advisory and litigation. He brings expertise in governance, regulatory compliance, institutional strengthening and access to justice.
Adaora Onyechere Sydney Jack
Board Member
An international broadcast journalist, social innovation and policy development expert, and advocate for inclusive governance. Her work spans gender equality, leadership development, youth empowerment, public advocacy and human rights across Africa.
Mrs. Cecilia Yahaya
Board Member
A retired distinguished civil servant with extensive experience in public administration, institutional management, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Her public service career and understanding of government systems bring valuable operational and governance expertise to ECD.
